What is AgentOnDeck?
A tool that turns any address into a shareable due-diligence report — property facts, lot lines, comps, environmental risks, likely hazards by age, ADU potential, road & utilities, plus AI-powered analysis of the home’s systems and its MLS photos. Useful whether you’re an agent, a buyer, a seller, or a homeowner.
What if you can’t find the property?
If we can’t map a property — for example brand-new construction that isn’t in public records yet — there’s no charge. You’ll still get whatever we can pull from the address and the MLS listing.
Is this a home inspection or appraisal?
No. AgentOnDeck provides automated insights only. It is not a home inspection, appraisal, valuation, or legal advice, and it does not replace a licensed professional. Treat it as a starting point and verify everything independently.
Where does the data come from?
Public assessor records, the MLS, and public environmental/GIS layers (FEMA, MassGIS and others), combined with AI analysis. Data can be incomplete or out of date, so confirm anything that matters.
How does the AI photo analysis work?
During a walkthrough you photograph a system (say the furnace or panel). The AI identifies it, reads the data plate when visible, and estimates age, remaining life and concerns. It’s guidance, not a substitute for a licensed inspector.
How do credits work?
Each analyzed photo uses one credit. Agents get a balance, and every shared report has a per-report cap so a single client can only run so many photos on it.
Can I put my own branding on reports?
Yes — set your name, brokerage and headshot, and shared reports are white-labeled to you with a “connect with your agent” call to action.
What areas do you cover?
